The CAREINGTON plan can be a voluntary or partial voluntary program depending on what you, the employer decides. This program is designed to be as easy and uncomplicated as possible. There are no administrative fees, costs, etc. charged by CAREINGTON. The only cost that might be associated with the program is the time it takes to set up payroll deduction.

How do I sign up my employees?
Just 4 Simple Steps:
Step 1: Select the plan and print the below Applications and distribute to your employees to complete.
Step 2: Print the Group Agreement and complete.
Step 3: Print off Provider Lists and Schedule of Plans and give to your employees.
Now you have a group! (at least 3 must participate):
Step 4: Mail in the following:
Your dental plan will begin the 1st of the following month! Please note on a cover letter to back date the group if applications are sent in after the first of the month.
