  4. After you apply you will immediately receive a CAREINGTON Temporary ID BY EMAIL with in 3-5 minutes (check your email).

  5. Take your CAREINGTON Temporary ID with you to your appointment.

  6. Your Dentists will contact the Sales Office number on your CAREINGTON Temporary ID to validate your membership.
